1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Complaintr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
Complaintr is an AI Agent Compatibility Feedback Platform. It allows developers to register applications and receive structured complaints when AI agents encounter bugs or unexpected behavior while interacting with those applications. Complaints are submitted programmatically via an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must authenticate using a supported sign in provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account credentials with third parties
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Submit false, misleading, or spam complaints through the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit harmful code, malware, or any form of malicious content
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Complaintr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting complaint data, you grant Complaintr a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Data and Privacy
We collect and process data as necessary to provide the Service. Complaint data submitted through the MCP server may include application names, issue descriptions, and AI agent identifiers. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complaintr and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
